Making a Difference–One Loaf at a Time

Doug and Amy are the new owners of the Longmont Great Harvest. We met (and got married) while attending college in Utah. After moving around a bit, including living overseas for a while, we jumped at the chance to settle down and raise our family in Colorado. We’ve made Colorado our family’s home for the last 12 years.

We’re the parents of four children – ages 13, 11, 8 and 5. Doug has spent the last 15 years working in corporate finance, and now enjoys owning a business that the kids can understand and take part in – making wonderful bread. Amy splits her time between being a full-time mom and partner in a photography business – which adds up to more than 100%, but she’s amazing that way! We’re so excited to be working together as a family to bring you the great tasting, nutritious bread that we’ve all grown to love from Great Harvest.
